Excellent location, exceptional IT staff, very clean, good breakfast spread, spacious and clean rooms.
It was all superb.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The staff was courteous and attentive, especially the security and in-home staff. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city centre across from a beautiful garden.
Nothing for us.

The hotel is well located, in the center of the city and close to the old city center. The staff is courteous and helpful. The buffet spread is very reasonable and their local Bihar food is delicious.
The hotel lacks attention on hygiene. Some guests claimed to have been served food from previous days. It is an important issue that the hotel should focus on.

Stayed for New Year at a hotel in Bihar and had a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and noise level was minimal despite being located near a busy road. The variety of breakfast options was impressive with North Indian, South Indian and Western cuisine being offered. The hospitality was similar to that of a 5-star property in Eastern India.
The staff was not very efficient and the service was slow at times. The food quality could have been better, as some dishes were repeated multiple times.

The hotel had some really good amenities like a gym and a swimming pool, which added to the overall experience. It's in a great location, easily accessible from major junctions and markets. the staff were friendly and always willing to help.
There were a few things that didn't meet my expectations. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and quite slow at times.
Tourists from New Zealand often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
